Cash Management Project Manager \u2013 Corporate Banking<\/h2>\n

Duration: 6 months | Start: May 2024 | Location: Paris intramuros | TJM: according to profile<\/p>\n

We are looking for a professional Project Manager specialized in cash management to work with one of our clients in the banking sector in Paris.<\/p>\nContext<\/strong>
\nOur client, a financing bank, is observing a significant increase in the volume of bank flows, leading to an increase in fees and commissions. In this context, it plans to launch a public call for tenders for the headquarters' cash management activity and wishes to strengthen control over this activity at agency level.\nRoles and responsibilities<\/strong>
\nThe Project Manager will have the main missions:\n

    \n
  • Work closely with the Treasury Manager and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate the existing situation and draft the specifications for the head office banks;<\/li>\n
  • Manage the call for tenders for the head office banks;<\/li>\n
  • Control the existing situation at the agency level and set up cashpooling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Expected Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Lot 1: Control of the existing situation and drafting of the specifications for the Headquarters Banks<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Evaluation of the volume of flows invoiced by each bank;<\/li>\n
    • Mapping of costs associated with the existing system;<\/li>\n
    • Drafting of the call for tenders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Lot 2: Launch of the Call for Tenders<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Support for the European-wide call for tenders procedure;<\/li>\n
      • Evaluation of technical and financial offers;<\/li>\n
      • Organization and animation of presentations with banks;<\/li>\n
      • Preparation of summaries for management;<\/li>\n
      • Updating procedures and managing new bank accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Lot 3: Control of Existing Agencies and Implementation of Cashpooling<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Census and mapping of what exists at agency level;<\/li>\n
        • Finalization of regional pilots;<\/li>\n
        • Proposal for rationalizing accounts and means of payment;<\/li>\n
        • Development of recommendations to optimize costs and improve the organization;<\/li>\n
        • Implementation of cashpooling at headquarters;<\/li>\n
        • Updated associated procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Expertise in optimization of cash management<\/strong> international ;<\/li>\n
          • Knowledge of public tenders<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n
          • Mastery of banking pricing structures and international flows;<\/li>\n
          • Understanding of cash management constraints by geography;<\/li>\n
          • Familiarity with banking exchanges and the Swift tool;<\/li>\n
          • Minimum 7 years of experience in treasury, ideally in consulting;<\/li>\n
          • Experience in change management linked to new financial systems;<\/li>\n
          • Fluency in English would be a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nMission Information<\/strong>

            \nContract: Freelance
            \nTeleworking: 2 days per week.\n
