\u20ac700<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of one of our clients based near Lille:<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a General Accounting Consultant to oversee the general accounting of 2 US entities of our client, working closely with the North America CFO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Context<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Within the central financial department based near Lille (59), the general accountant will supervise the general accounting of the group&#039;s 2 American entities, working in close collaboration with the financial director for North America.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibility: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.Accounting management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain the general accounting of the American entity in accordance with IFRS standards and the group&#039;s accounting policies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely reliability of monthly and annual accounts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.Internal control and process improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and improve effective internal control procedures and accounting processes to ensure the integrity of financial data.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential risks and propose corrective measures to minimize accounting errors and increase closing efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize existing financial processes or, where appropriate, suggest and implement new processes with the aim of improving efficiency and automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.Collaboration and coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with finance teams in France and the United States to ensure consistency of financial reporting and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communication between the US entity and the head office in France by providing regular updates on financial statement and accounting activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required profile :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced accountant<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance and\/or an audit firm, ideally with some experience working with international organizations<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading financial projects and\/or implementing process improvements or policy changes<\/li>\n<li>Experience in basic R2R (Record to Report) accounting and if possible in P2P (entry, reconciliation and payment of invoices within the scope for the moment in addition to R2R).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project accounting under IFRS15<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable and experienced working with colleagues in different time zones, from different cultural backgrounds<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>Mastery of Excel and tools such as MS Dynamics 365 \/ Business Central, PowerBI, SAP 4 HANA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\nDuration: 3 to 6 months minimum<br \/>\nFull-time<br
