Banking IS Project Manager \u2013 Rating Risk IS Implementation.<\/h2>\n

We are looking for an IS project manager consultant (freelance) to work with one of our banking clients, based in Paris, as part of the implementation of a Quotations risks IS.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Roles:<\/p>\n

1. Framework the preliminary project: evaluation of costs, budget, planning<\/p>\n

2. Conduct the feasibility study, in collaboration with the business project manager and the project architect:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Definition of the project schedule, calculation of ROI, precise budget estimation, updating of the target architecture, integration of the project within the RISK IS\u2026<\/p>\n

\u2013 Definition of the data recovery strategy from their current IS<\/p>\n

\u2013 Participation \/ Understanding of new Quotation processes<\/p>\n

\u2013 Search for solutions meeting target processes and requirements present on the market or necessary to develop<\/p>\n

\u2013 Sourcing of software publishers meeting the need and preparation of associated documents<\/p>\n

\u2013 Benchmark with other stakeholders (donors, banks, etc.)<\/p>\n

\u2013 Preparation of documents for consultations of solutions on the Market<\/p>\n

\u2013 Analysis and consolidation of responses for decision support<\/p>\n

\u2013 Help identify interfaces to design \/ mapping of the IS, projects and impacted applications to meet requirements<\/p>\n

\u2013 Participation in the search for possible scenarios based on requirements and recommendation of those to be studied<\/p>\n

\u2013 Presentation of the planning, cost and project scope for the launch of the project.<\/p>\n

3. Preparation of the project phase<\/p>\n

\u2013 Manage the call for tenders: preparation of the necessary documents, analysis of offers, assistance with choice<\/p>\n

\u2013 Participation in design: preparation and planning of workshops, reports, management of arbitration points, impact analysis in the event of reorientation (new needs, others)<\/p>\n

\u2013 Help in defining the recipe strategy<\/p>\n

\u2013 Help define the data migration strategy<\/p>\n

\u2013 Preparing for production<\/p>\n

4. Project management<\/p>\n

\u2013 Constitution and management of the project team<\/p>\n

\u2013 Preparation of materials and animation of the different instances<\/p>\n

\u2013 Reporting of project alerts to the division manager<\/p>\n

\u2013 Project risk management<\/p>\n

\u2013 Management of RIDA<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Required profile :<\/p>\n

\u2013 Proven expertise in Risk professions<\/p>\n

\u2013 Proven expertise in management of similar IS projects, on the implementation of V-cycle and AGILE software packages<\/p>\n

\u2013 Project team leadership and management and coordination of multiple stakeholders<\/p>\n

\u2013 Management of publishers \/ integrators<\/p>\n

\u2013 Preparation and co-facilitation of steering bodies (COPRO \/ COPIL, etc.)<\/p>\n

\u2013 Formalization of communication \/ training supports<\/p>\n

Startup: ASAP<\/p>\n

Duration: 3 years (10 months for the preliminary project + 30 months of project)<\/p>\n

Location: Paris intramuros<\/p>\n

Teleworking: 2 days \/ week<\/p>\n
