MOE Bank Project Manager<\/h2>\n

We are looking for an IS project manager consultant - MOE to work with one of our banking clients, based in Paris, as part of the implementation of a banking IS<\/p>\n

Roles:<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Establish, Write and Execute:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Deployment strategy and implementation, coordination with integrator teams and internal teams (production, applications manager, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Write technical US associated with DSI projects,<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate, submit for validation, monitor the work with all the teams concerned (DSI and Integrator)<\/li>\n
  • Ensure coordination of the DSI\/Business team on technical subjects<\/li>\n
  • Manage acceptance strategies for construction sites: interfaces, security, data recovery, performance, carry out tests if necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Data recovery and implementation of interfaces:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Definition of the strategy and organization with the integrator as well as the trades of all the work<\/li>\n
    • Define and manage the content of each iteration<\/li>\n
    • Writing of associated technical US<\/li>\n
    • Writing the test book and conducting the tests<\/li>\n
    • Coordination with the technical architect on the progress of this site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Project management (in participation and responsibility):<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Monitoring of planning on all technical projects<\/li>\n
      • Manage and coordinate all project sites:<\/li>\n
      • Participate in the coordination of integrator teams and compliance with their commitments<\/li>\n
      • Ensure compliance and validate the deliverables provided by the integrator as well as the internal technical teams<\/li>\n
      • Participate in defining the deployment strategy<\/li>\n
      • Ensure that the scope validated by the Steering Committee is maintained,<\/li>\n
      • Manage project risks and report alerts to the Project Committee and the Steering Committee<\/li>\n
      • Define change management with the Business Lines<\/li>\n
      • User support for changeovers and production launch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Required profile :<\/p>\n

        \u2013 8 years of experience in similar projects<\/p>\n

        \u2013 Knowledge of the banking environment<\/p>\n

        \u2013 Mastery of MOE project management on a long project (>1 year)<\/p>\n

        \u2013 Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team<\/p>\n

        \u2013 Ability to listen, synthesize and reproduce<\/p>\n

        \u2013 Knowledge of the Agile method<\/p>\n

        \u2013 Ability to take a critical look and manage \/ coordinate the activities of IT teams (Architect, Infrastructure, Integrator, etc.)<\/p>\n

        \u2013 Leadership<\/p>\n

        Location: Paris intramuros<\/p>\n

        Start: September 2023<\/p>\n
