We are looking for an Interim Manager to assist the Deputy Accounting Director on behalf of a Bank client, based in Paris.<\/p>\nContext\u00a0<\/strong>
\nFollowing the departure of the group director from the accounting department, and the resumption of his functions, there is a need for reinforcement to carry out all the work to be carried out by the top accounting management. It should be noted that this development is occurring in a context of strong transformation of the bank, generating a high project load.\nObjectives of the service\u00a0<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Ensure the monitoring, coordination and structuring of ongoing projects impacting finance (projects peripheral to their transformation project \u2013 example: merger project with the Italian subsidiary, or new products committee relating to the dismantling of loans, etc.)
\n\u2013 Ensure interactions with the CACs (presentation of analyses, answers to questions, etc.)
\n\u2013 Ensure the monitoring and production of technical documentation on tax, accounting, economic issues and transactions.
\nThe selected candidate will report directly to the Director of Group Accounting\nRequired profile<\/strong>

\n\u2013 Interim manager type profile or very senior consultant capable of instructing, producing and presenting files to a governing body.
