Credit Risk IS Project Manager<\/h2>\n

Duration: 36 months | Start: 04\/17\/2023 | Location: Paris Intramuros | TJM: \u20ac750-\u20ac800 depending on profile<\/p>\n

We are looking for an IS Project Manager (technical-functional), with good knowledge of Credit Risk, to manage a project to implement a Credit Risk Rating IS at one of our Banking clients. based in Paris.<\/p>\n

Roles & expected deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Framework the preliminary project: evaluation of costs, budget, planning<\/p>\n

2. Conduct the feasibility study, in collaboration with the business project manager and the project architect:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Definition of the project schedule, calculation of ROI, precise budget estimation, updating of the target architecture, integration of the project within the RISK IS<\/li>\n
  • Definition of the data recovery strategy for their current IS<\/li>\n
  • Participation \/ Understanding of the new Quotation processes<\/li>\n
  • Search for solutions meeting target processes and requirements present on the market or necessary to develop<\/li>\n
  • Sourcing of software publishers meeting the need and preparation of associated documents<\/li>\n
  • Benchmarck with other actors (donors, banks)<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of documents for consultations of solutions on the Market<\/li>\n
  • Analysis and consolidation of responses for decision support<\/li>\n
  • Assistance in identifying interfaces to be designed \/ mapping of the IS, projects and impacted applications to meet requirements<\/li>\n
  • Participation in the search for possible scenarios based on requirements and recommendation of those to be studied<\/li>\n
  • Presentation of the planning, cost and project scope for the launch of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Preparation of the project phase<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Manage the call for tenders: preparation of the necessary documents, analysis of offers, assistance with choice<\/li>\n
    • Participation in design: preparation and planning of workshops, reports, management of arbitration points, impact analysis in the event of reorientation (new needs, others)<\/li>\n
    • Help in defining the recipe strategy<\/li>\n
    • Help in defining the data migration strategy<\/li>\n
    • Preparing for production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Project management<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Constitution and management of the project team<\/li>\n
      • Preparation of presentation materials and animation of steering committees<\/li>\n
      • Reporting of project alerts to the division manager<\/li>\n
      • Project risk management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Required profile : <\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Significant experience in credit risk IS implementation project management<\/li>\n
        • Significant experience in project management in Agile mode (agile certified)<\/li>\n
        • Very good written and oral communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\u2013 Start: mid-April 2023
          \n\u2013 Duration: 3 years (10 months for the preliminary project + 30 months of project)
          \n\u2013 Location: Paris intramuros
          \n\u2013 Teleworking: 2 days \/ week\n
