Duration: 24 months | Start: 03\/13\/2023 | Location: Paris Intramuros | TJM: \u20ac750 \u2013 \u20ac800 depending on profile<\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (Agile certified), with significant experience in project management in a Bank\/CIB environment, to lead a project to implement a financial resources management information system (delegated management ) at one of our Bank clients based in Paris.<\/p>\n

Guarantor of the deployment of the project in Agile mode, the candidate will assume the role of Product Owner and coordinate the project on the Business side.<\/p>\n

Roles & expected deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Represent the business to the integration team:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • guarantor of the application of the agile method and progress of the project<\/li>\n
    • responsible for reporting, sprint planning, writing and formalizing requirements in the form of a Backlog<\/li>\n
    • in charge of managing and controlling the Product Backlog<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Product management:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • shares the product vision with all internal and supplier teams,<\/li>\n
      • backlog manager,<\/li>\n
      • continuously identifies and prioritizes functional developments,<\/li>\n
      • identifies at the start of each sprint the user stories to implement, the anomalies to correct and the adjustments to make<\/li>\n
      • functional validation<\/li>\n
      • cooperation and initiative: participates in the team's Scrum ceremonies, Participates in functional analysis and prioritization workshops, Regularly presents the backlog to the entire team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Required profile :<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Project director profile<\/li>\n
        • 2 years minimum as Product owner<\/li>\n
        • Agile certified (required)<\/li>\n
        • Significant experience in banking \/ CIB<\/li>\n
        • Very good written and oral communication<\/li>\n
        • Leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nLocation: Paris intramuros
          \nTeleworking: 2 days \/ week\n
