Accounting assistance \/ Fixed asset management<\/h2>\n

Duration: +8 months | Start: 11\/15\/2022 | Location: Paris Intramuros<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced Accounting consultant (M\/F), with good knowledge of Fixed Assets management, to strengthen the accounting department teams of one of our Bank clients based in Paris.<\/p>\n

1. Management of fixed assets and their updating in the management tool:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Resumption of production<\/li>\n
  • Entering acquisitions on SAGE FRP<\/li>\n
  • Management of fixed assets<\/li>\n
  • Management of current fixed assets<\/li>\n
  • Inventory management (head office and agencies)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Improvement of data quality to carry out a framing of the headquarters and agencies inventory:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Framing of the inventory - head office and network - to allow the attachment of movable and immovable physical assets to accounting assets, mainly on the perimeters of IT tools and furniture.<\/li>\n
    • Contribute to the preparation of the inventory of physical assets<\/li>\n
    • Integrate all physical assets (movable and real estate) into FRP<\/li>\n
    • Reconcile accounting and management of physical inventory at headquarters<\/li>\n
    • Link all physical assets to their accounting assets<\/li>\n
    • Extract queries from the SAGE FRP database<\/li>\n
    • Compare accounting data with inventory data<\/li>\n
    • Raise alerts in the event of problems encountered<\/li>\n
    • Report on connections made and problems encountered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Required profile : <\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Mastery of FR accounting standards and taxation<\/li>\n
      • Good knowledge of fixed asset management<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of IFRS standards<\/li>\n
      • Experience of a similar service desired<\/li>\n
      • Mastery of IT tools and very good knowledge of EXCEL<\/li>\n
      • Writing and communication skills<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of Sage would be a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nDuration: 8 months (renewable)
