AMOA Accounting \/ Fixed asset management<\/h2>\n

Duration: 14 months | Start: 11\/2022 | Location: Paris Intramuros | TJM: \u20ac600-\u20ac800<\/p>\n

We are looking for an AMOA Accounting consultant (M\/F), with good knowledge of Fixed Assets management, to strengthen the internal project team of the financial department of one of our Bank clients based in Paris.<\/p>\n

Roles & responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Preparation of business meetings,<\/li>\n
  • Writing and validation of Project documents (functional designs, recipe book, user guides, training materials, Production deliverables, etc.),<\/li>\n
  • Formalization of progress for the Project Committees and participation in them,<\/li>\n
  • Writing test cases, coordination of test activities and assessment of successive recipes,<\/li>\n
  • Creation of the functional recipe,<\/li>\n
  • Follow-up of the functional recipe,<\/li>\n
  • Assistance with user start-ups and monitoring of points of difficulty,<\/li>\n
  • Participation in change management work and business processes,<\/li>\n
  • Participation in MEP and post-MEP work,<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring of all successive modifications and corrections delivered by the integrator and validation of the latter in relation to the profession.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required profile :<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Expertise on managing fixed asset accounting<\/li>\n
    • Ability to formalize functional specifications and workshop materials<\/li>\n
    • Ability to lead business workshops, to shed light on the impacts of career choices<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of the SAGE Immo solution. v9 would be an added advantage<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of SQUASH and JIRA tools would also be an additional asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
